I am also familiar with the joy (and relief!) of getting your hands on a new set of keys. The “key ceremony” is one of my favorite aspects of the real estate process. Establishing trust as a valued consultant by communicating timely, advocating for people, and helping them prepare for one of their most important commitments is an honor and privilege.
