Y’all, these pig mamas really do have their own little community out here.

Our sows live together, and when there are piglets running around, they don’t always stick to their own litter. They share space, they’ll let another mama’s piglets nurse, and sometimes you’ll see a piglet nursing from a sow that isn’t its own mama.

Basically, nobody gets left behind. No piglet left behind around here!

We try not to step in unless we need to. If everybody is healthy and things are going well, we let them do what comes naturally.

It’s pretty darn cool to watch. They have their own way of doing things, and most of the time, they’ve got it figured out.

Sometimes you just have to step back and let the pigs be pigs.

Y’all this has been the longest shortest week ever.
But we made it the the weekend! 🙌🏽

We’ll be OPEN SATURDAY from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

We restocked the beef sticks and jerky, so if your snack stash is looking a little sad, come fix that.
