This post makes no mention of the local businesses involved in this project, so I will. Site development work was done by Paul Hamilton of P&T Construction, Tree falling was done by Corey Steffen of Southeast AK Wood Salvage, follow up completion of the site work was done by Greg Simpson (I believe), but I can't remember his company name. I believe Schmolck Mechanical was involved in the installation of the propane tank and piping. The project architect was Tim Whiteley of Welsh Whiteley Architects and I was the structural engineer and also completed a geotechnical investigation and some erosion control design. We worked hard on this project and it turned out well. .
