Hospice chaplains provide compassionate support to patients and their loved ones, offering comfort, a listening ear, and meaningful connection during some of life’s most difficult moments.

This month, we recognize our hospice chaplains and the important role they play as part of the care team. Thank you for the compassion and support you bring to those we serve.

This week’s spotlight is Alecia, Manager, Contract & Medicaid Billing at Alternate Solutions Health Network! ❤️

For Alecia, working in healthcare billing is about much more than claims, numbers, and regulations. She enjoys solving complex problems, improving processes, and helping ensure providers are paid accurately and on time. Behind every claim is a patient receiving care, a clinician making a difference, and a team working together to keep everything moving.

She finds it especially rewarding knowing that the work she does behind the scenes helps make quality home healthcare possible and supports our teams as they continue serving their communities.

Outside of work, Alecia’s greatest joy is spending time with her four children, family, and friends. She loves cheering on her favorite sports teams, relaxing in the sun with a good book, and making memories with the people closest to her. She’s also a Disney enthusiast and beach lover, with Walt Disney World and the sound of the waves both ranking among her happy places!

We’re grateful for Alecia’s dedication, problem-solving, and commitment to supporting our patients, clinicians, and organization behind the scenes. Thank you for all you do! 🌟
