KEYS EARNS DUAL NATIONAL HONORS FOR EMPLOYEE HEALTH INITIATIVES THAT HELP STRENGTHEN SERVICE TO THE COMMUNITY
Keys Energy Services (KEYS) recently earned two national honors that recognize its ongoing commitment to employee health, wellness, and workplace culture.
Mental Health America (MHA) awarded KEYS the Gold Bell Seal for Workplace Mental Health, the nationâs highest distinction for employers fostering mentally healthy work environments. MHA, a leading nonprofit dedicated to mental health advocacy, evaluates organizations across four areas: workplace culture, employee benefits, compliance, and wholeâhealth wellness programs. KEYSâ Gold designation reflects the utilityâs sustained investment in supporting the mental and emotional wellâbeing of its workforce.
Additionally, Cigna Healthcare recognized KEYS with a Gold Level Healthy Workforce Designation for the third consecutive year. This honor highlights organizations that demonstrate exceptional leadership in building comprehensive wellâbeing programs that enhance employee vitality. Cigna evaluates employers on leadership engagement, program design and ex*****on, and supportive policies that contribute to a thriving workforce.

As part of the county-wide efforts celebrating the 250th anniversary of the United States, KEYS flew an American flag from a bucket truck along US1 in Stock Island. KEYS CO-HOSTS COUNTYWIDE CYBERSECURITY CHALLENGE
Keys Energy Services (KEYS), Nextgen Technologies, and Cyber Florida at the University of South Florida recently co-hosted the 2026 Keys Cyber Games. The event brought together Monroe County government agencies to defend against simulated cybersecurity attacks on Friday, June 12.
Participants sharpened their threat detection and response capabilities through hands-on experience in threat hunting, incident response, and network anomaly detection while simultaneously fostering critical inter-agency collaboration.
âThis exercise gave participants a chance to experience real-world challenges in a controlled setting,â said Lynne Tejeda, General Manager & CEO of KEYS. âItâs an important step toward making our county more resilient to cyber threats.â

KEYS EMPLOYEES UNITE TO COMBAT FOOD INSECURITY IN THE LOWER KEYS
Keys Energy Services (KEYS) employees wrapped up three Days of Giving this week with the Star of the Sea (SOS) Foundationâs Food Pantry on Stock Island. They assisted with stocking shelves, helping customers select food items, and distributing meals through the Summer Food Service Program. Ahead of the volunteer event KEYSâ employees also organized a company-wide food drive to collect non-perishable goods to stock the pantryâs shelves.
âHelping the SOS Foundation feed local neighbors in need provided an incredibly impactful opportunity for the team to give back to the community we serve,â said Lynne Tejeda, KEYS General Manager & CEO.
KEYSâ Days of Giving was launched in 2023 and helps connect KEYSâ employees with local organizations in the Lower Florida Keys that require assistance with special projects and events. KEYS' ALBURY ACHIEVES LONGEVITY MILESTONE WITH UTILITY
Keys Energy Servicesâ (KEYS) Victoria Albury will celebrate her 10th anniversary with the Utility on June 13.
Albury is a Collections Representative within the Customer Services department. In her current role she is responsible for handling customer payments, managing related notifications and procedures, and providing guidance for scheduling payments.
