📚💙 G*E Has Been Filled with the Joy of Reading! 💙📚

Our school has been filled with wonderful guest readers who have shared their love of literacy with our Dolphin Family! 🐬📖

A very special thank you to the Rotary Club of Key West for taking the time to visit our classrooms and dedicate their time to highlighting the importance of literacy and the lifelong joy of reading. Your support means so much to our students! 💙

We’ve also been thrilled to welcome some of our very own G*E Stars into classrooms to read to our students! ⭐📚 There is something extra special about seeing members of our Dolphin Family sharing stories and inspiring younger readers.

Our wonderful 5th grade student leaders have also stepped up to the plate, proudly welcoming our guests and guiding them through our school building! 🐬💙 We are so proud of the leadership, confidence, and kindness they have shown while representing G*E.

Our students have loved these interactive read-alouds, participating in the stories, making connections, and most importantly—having FUN while reading! 📖✨

Thank you to everyone who continues to help us grow a love of reading at G*E! Together, we are creating confident, enthusiastic readers! 💙🐬📚

Reading together. Leading together. Growing together. 🐬💙

🍎✨ Learning, Creating & Growing Together in Kindergarten! ✨🍎

Our amazing Kindergarten team hosts fun, hands-on learning centers as a team each month, giving our little Dolphins the opportunity to learn, explore, and create together!

Today was our kindergarteners’ first experience learning as one big team, and what a wonderful day it was! ❤️ Our theme this month is APPLЕS, and today we celebrated the beloved folktale of Johnny Appleseed. 🍎🌳

Our learning centers and activities all revolved around apples, giving our students opportunities to learn through hands-on experiences, creativity, collaboration, and LOTS of fun! From exploring our apple-themed activities to creating magnificent works of art, our kindergarteners had an incredible time learning together. 🎨🍏

A huge THANK YOU to our incredible Kindergarten team for their dedication, creativity, and commitment to making learning exciting and meaningful for our students. You make every learning experience special! 💙💜

Way to go, Kindergarten Dolphins! 🍎🐬
