Got out on Gray Eagle today with Jeannie and Suzanne… great day for it too!
Suzanne caught her first ever Dolphin, Wahoo, Barracuda, Shark and Alamaco Jack.
If I had to bet… they had Dolphin for dinner. 😊

Kirk has been dabbling in the slow pitch jigging technique, and we had the right conditions for it today, and I had no restrictions on where to go… so we went West… Way West.
When we got to the first stop, I told him this would be a great place for the Slow Jig method.
Boom… was on fire for it!

He’s been out of town, land locked, and was ready for some saltwater therapy.

Managed to get out with Kirk and Brian on Kirk’s 36’ Yellowfin “Optomist” last night looking for a late day Tuna bite… No Tuna, but a 50lb Wahoo will do! 😁
I’ve been slacking on my posting as of late… but I have been on the water. This fellow was in my pinfish trap a few days ago… yes, great bait… yes, good to eat..
Decided it best to just let it go do what Octopus do. 😊

2 1/2 years in the waiting, finally got to get out with Serge and Catherine from France! We took almost 30 seconds to decide to go out in the wind today …. Nothing was stopping us. ❤️
Caught dinner and stayed dry… we get to do it again on Saturday. 💕
