The INXS is still open for the 23rd. We have colleagues that are available the rest of the days.
November full moon dates are the 24th And it's a MONSTER MOON We still have the 20th available.
Don't forget that time of year is not just about the wahoo, but we could also have some great Sailfish tuna and Mahi mahi.

The hits keep coming and another reason why I love the fact that my 47 Viking has a very tall tower. It's really good for spotting things floating which mahi loved to hang out underneath of. The tower certainly earned it keep today.
Fun day of fishing just like yesterday except a few more fish. The sizes are staying up there. We had a zero throwbacks and sent this family home with a bunch of fillets back to Texas. Good news we have zero barracudas to report. One very small, bluefin, tuna throwback he was actually released on unharmed..
The September Fishing gods have been good to us here so far in Key West and we don't see any changes. The current is lacking however we don't have to go far to catch Fish. Everything we're doing is between 400 and 600 feet. I rarely ever recommend a half day and I'm probably not recommending it now but it's doable.
It's been a very unusual September Fishing is awesome. To book a trip on the INXS you have to call direct. We also have colleagues in the business that we can point you to.

Mahi-mahi and wahoo we're on the menu today Fishing with Capt. Steven and Garrett on board the INXS for a six hour day off Key West. The mahi are keeping their size each day is different. How many we catch.
The bite seemed to be specifically between 400 and 600 feet small shoestring W**d lines with loads of debris in them. It looked like somebody dumped the remnants of cleaning out a garage. Each piece of debris was holding triple tails, and lots of bait. We managed these mahi-mahi and the wahoo as well as releasing over five barracudas one weighing over 15 pounds.
The INXS is ready to go again for tomorrow Saturday with a 6 hour. We always take Sunday off and then we are back on it next week starting Monday with availability on Thursday.

What a fun day! A six hour trip where our client really wanted to try for Marlin so we pulled the big baits all day. I did see one free jumping bill Fish. I'm not sure if it was a Marlin or a sail but it was large sadly it wasn't jumping because we hooked it. ☹️
That said along the way through our adventures we hooked several good sized dolphin. 💪🎣😎 Our smallest mahi was 27 inches. A beastie barracuda with a tasty blackfin tuna as an appetizer. The only thing we had to throw back was an annoying little Almaco Jack.
The fish are certainly out there. It was a good day. We never left 680 feet of water working a community w**d line and the mahi-mahi were not shy. Garrett was very happy the w**d was lined up well...
We got enough to have dinner for them and lunch not to mention a few extras for Garrett and I to take home and make some sandwiches.
We have some availability this week and through the rest of the month. Typically we don't have good size mahi-mahi this time of year however, this year seems to be really good.

Fishing Key West on board the INXS yesterday. This young man had only caught a largemouth bass up until this fishing trip.
He and his family were able to catch some mahi-mahi, barracuda, almaco jacks, and this wahoo. He and his family were able to eat really well last night and ship some fish home through the shipping service we use at Finnz dive shop here in Key West.
Seems like most of the action was between 300 and 700 feet of water making it accessible for a four or six hour trip. The conditions were favorable with perfect sea conditions for trolling, but there was quite a bit of loose grass that really hadn't formed up, but that's where the fish were.
For the DIY guy that may read this the rockstar yesterday was a black and blue tracker from Iland Lures.

Yesterday - Wednesday is one of my two favorite days to fish the blue water.. Mini lobster season. No body absolutely no one was out there and we did real well again on the mahi bite for some folks that wanted to ship some fish home on a half day extended to a 6 hour.. Of course FINZ dive shop gets he shipping done for us right here near our marina.
These two folks had limited to very little fishing experience offshore but gone b***d up pretty fast whacking a nice mess of fish..
South West winds... again... w**d runs were lined up accordingly and we never left 175 - 250ft. We took off late to mitigate the full moon bite as we are again this morning. tried a secret weapon that paid off well.. The mahi were running nice sized as well.. I even put a screen shot of my chart for my secret location....
Garrett and I are back at it again today.. the big full moon last night was impressive we are setting back our full day departure to take advantage of the late bite..
Everyone be safe and remember... shutting off someone's air supply while they diving is a really crappy thing to do.. Please use your dive flags..

We fished the backside of the day yesterday on board the INXS. Got underway at 10am. Beautiful day with really fun folks looking for some meat. We managed enough for dinner and some to ship home with FINZ dive shop.
The bite has slowed a bit with the full moon and the South Westerly winds are a bit unusual. But the mahi are still running larger this year.
Back at it again today on the fist day of mini season. Should be quiet out there..
The weather is amazing and the fish are biting.. Give us a call direct and speak to a real person.. 305-292-7212

A photo from our yesterday's trip (Saturday) and most of the mahi we caught. The day was good.. Very nice. W**d was scattered and of course that's where the mahi were.
We filet these fish and sent our anglers to FINZ dive shop here in Key West to have them shipped home.
Congrats to the winners of the Key West Marlin Tournament. Team Laid Back with 414 points.. Well done! that's a Marlin and a fun fish.
Busy month here on board the INXS in Key West.

Another short but fun day on board the INXS. Much calmer than yesterday with lighter winds from the SSE and the bite was steady for the short time we were out there.. Goal - First to spread the ashes of some remembered family members... Then to catch enough mahi for a few dinners and release the rest. Mission accomplished.
The w**d appears to be sinking. not much out there today at all, however we never went deeper than 300 ft. With the SSE winds I am sure some would have blown in.
every fish we caught would have been legal. Fish were random and under birds.. We were back to dock by 10 am for the comfort of one of our very nice people who was feeling it... 🤢Total Trooper!
Off tomorrow to run some inshore trips then back out Friday Saturday to hunt dragons.
Good Luck to all those in the Key West Marlin Tournament.

Back at it today starting a busy week for us here on board the INXS. Started off a little sporty this morning. Winds out of the SSE at about 18knots. We got it done with a good box for dinner with a bunch left over for some of our neighbors for these two repeats.
Not as much w**d and some of it seemed to be aging out, sinking down in the water column. Pretty unusual for schoolies this size this time of the year traditionally.
Most of our action was inside 400 ft.
Fueled up today and ready to roll again tomorrow..
Our prices include fuel on board the INXS.. no surprises on that..
