1st Physical Therapy session down, no longer have to wear my sling at all times but I can’t straighten my arm yet so I am walking around with a t-Rex arm.
Late night chat is back! Netherlands is playing in KC on my birthday this week… should I consider going? (I live 2.5 hours away)
I never splurge on myself but after all these issues with my orthopedic surgery this year… I kind of want to. Hmmm?

Hi friends👋🏼 Had my first day of physical therapy today and I am TIRED! How is your week starting off?
Found this bloom pop on clearance so you know I had to try it. It’s very good! Reminds me of the watermelon lime BUBBL’R.
I am trying to seek joy in everyday life and in everything I do, in order to change my perspective on life.
I started documenting my journey to find hidden gems in my little area of Missouri and it’s been so much fun! Please let me know if you have any recommendations. I will gladly go check them out.

This girl will be 8 soon🥹. My first dog EVER. I wasn’t allowed to have pets growing up.. as soon as I got married and bought a home, we found her! It was meant to be. Rehomed multiple times and shy, yet when we brought her home he sniffed every corner of the house and made herself at home.
The best girl! People said she required too much attention… she was just experiencing food allergies is all!
