Barnesfield Disc Golf Course
Share
A nine-hole disc golf course with two sets of tee pads. Opened in July 2022.
Efforts have started on the expansion of Barnesfield to 18 holes and installation of turf tee pads. Work has started clearing new fairways and additional baskets have been purchased.
Next step is a work day scheduled for 13 May. We’ll start at 9 and work most of the day clearing fairways, chipping, installing baskets and hopefully starting tee pads. How much we get done will depend on how many volunteers come out to help.
Please spread the word and come help improve our local course.
King George Parks & Recreation's newest facility, the Barnesfield Disc Golf Course, is ready for play! Right now still just the 9 holes but the baskets for the back 9 arrived today! Watch this page for announcements on workdays to continue to improve this community lead project.
