will be playing Friday evening to kickoff the October 3–4 Shenandoah 500. His sound will be right at home at Natural Chimneys alongside a great dinner, a few hundred riders, and the S500 community.

It’s going to be one hell of a way to start the weekend.

The Shenandoah 500 returns October 3–4, 2026, and over the next couple weeks we’ll be showing off some of what’s making this year’s event even better.

First up: food. Breakfast Saturday & Sunday, two great lunch stops, and (back by popular demand) Club President Dionysus is on dinner duty Friday & Saturday night. All included in your ticket price!

We recently had the privilege of personally delivering Shenandoah 500 proceeds to five organizations in our community — Riverside Church (supporting families who lost their homes to fire), Community Ministry Food Pantry (serving ~200 families twice a month), Clover Hill VFD, Ottobine Elementary School (filling the gap left by reduced federal meal funding), and Mt Solon Fire and Rescue.

Four more donations are on their way by mail to the South Fork Fire Department, Pendleton/Franklin Emergency Rescue, North River Elementary School, and Massanutten Radio Association.

None of this happens without the riders and volunteers who make the Shenandoah 500 possible - thank you!
