If you have joined or thinking of joining our first in-house meet, we are inviting you to this free mini powerlifting essentials workshop so you know what to expect October 10th.
This workshop will be led by one of our members Denise who will be giving some very valuable information for those who are brand new to a meet.
This is our first in-house meet so we are starting at a beginner level up to seasoned lifters! We are so thrilled to host our first meet. This will be a huge learning experience for so many of us!
Come out and support these lifters who have signed and our supporting our gym 💪🏽
