Finally got our sign up!
This is the design build process for some utility jumper bridges we needed for a customer site. We start with conceptual design, then perform Engineering Analysis, start into fabrication, deliver to site, stage and assemble, the use.
Taking a 33MVA Transformer on the final mile to the delivery site for installation into the grid.
By land or by sea, moving heavy complicated components takes finesse, skill, and dedication. This is a massive GSU transformer being trans-loaded onto a barge.
A massive 370,000lb power transformer moving to its installation location on a custom designed girder trailer supported by two dual lane modular platform trailers. If it sounds like a lot, it’s because it is!
At the ports receiving a massive 370,000lb transformer for delivery and installation on high voltage power infrastructure projects. This is a critical step in receiving the from the ship. Staging on stands in preparation for highway transportation.
Massive 250,000lb power transformer makes its grand entrance at the port, fresh off the RO-RO ship!
