For some of us that was Dad. For others, a grandfather, an uncle, a coach, or a mentor who stepped in when it mattered most.

To the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country, and to the families who carry their memory forward, thank you. Your sacrifice will never be forgotten.

When a leader gets better, everybody around them feels it. Their team. Their peers. Their families. The impact goes further than you think. ✨

That's the ripple effect of coaching. And behind many successful leaders, there's a coach who created space for them to think clearly, act intentionally, and become the kind of person others actually want to follow.

This week is International Coaching Week. Here's to the coaches and the leaders brave enough to say, "I want to be better at this."

Today we’re celebrating every woman who has mothered someone. 🩷
The mom who raised you.
The aunt who always showed up.
The grandmother who set the standard.
The mentor who saw something in you before you saw it in yourself.
The boss who made you feel like you belonged somewhere.

Mothering isn’t only a title. It’s a way of showing up: with patience, with belief, with steadiness. And it shapes us in ways we usually don’t notice until much later.

To all the women doing that work, in all the forms it takes: thank you.

Clarity builds trust. Vague commitments quietly erode it.
