The Service Outlet - Lafayette

In 1993, Marc Harvey, after many years managing his family’s auto dealerships, established The Service Outlet in San Ramon with one simple mission: provide dealership-quality service for Acura, Honda, Lexus, and Toyota owners throughout the area at a reasonable price. Since he wanted that service to be affordable and wanted the facility to have a personal and comforting feel, Marc started with staff that gets to know their customers, mechanics who give honest recommendations, and reception area with cool drinks and snacks. Within two years of the San Ramon Service Outlet being open and so popular, Marc decided opened a second location in Lafayette. Today these two facilities provide service to thousands of automobile owners – many of whom are now long-time customers. OUR SERVICES
