Our team recently came together for our annual Harden Secure Safety Day, focused on reinforcing the habits that help keep everyone safe on and off the job.

This year's training covered:

🏋️ Safe lifting techniques to prevent workplace injuries
🦺 The importance of using the right personal protective equipment (PPE) every time

Whether we're in the office, the shop, or on a customer site, creating a culture of safety starts with education, awareness, and looking out for one another.

Our Business Development Manager, Britt, had a great time connecting with leaders supporting small businesses in the government contracting space at SAME JETC this week.

As security, compliance, and innovation remain top priorities for federal and defense customers, it was encouraging to see so many professionals collaborating, sharing ideas, and driving innovation across the industry. Events like JETC highlight the importance of partnerships and forward-thinking solutions in strengthening mission-critical environments.
