Join us for Yoga at the Ballroom, an all-levels yoga class in the historic Stevens School Ballroom. We’ll begin with meditation, build warmth and energy through a thoughtfully sequenced Vinyasa flow, and gradually transition into a restorative cool down.

Come as you are, move at your own pace, and give yourself some dedicated time to pause, breath, move and connect each month.

Originally built as an all-girls school in 1905, this historic Lancaster landmark was later converted to apartment residences with the ballroom remaining the shining star of the building.
