This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone who enjoys solving complex IT problems, working with networks and infrastructure, and helping clients get the most out of their technology. You’ll also have the opportunity to take ownership in the field, support our Level 1 technicians, and continue growing your IT career.

We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of IT support experience who is a strong problem solver, communicates well, and enjoys working as part of a team.
