Running an Auction is not easy. The long hours, relentless work, back breaking work, Office work, telephone calls. We run every Thursday over 450 lots every week. The behind the scenes is nothing short of amazing what our little crew can do. It starts with my wife Brandy Kirsch she puts an enormous effort every week. She does the same work as the guys! Douglas Deppen hes a work horse. The man has a work ethic like no other. Linda Littlepony Kreiss shes the case organizer and does more then most at her age. Liz Stamm comes in every auction and justvrocks it 125 plus lots an hour. Myself if you only knew! After a very long week at 7pm on a Friday im driving back to Lancaster to do office work. This isn't a pity party. Thus is an appreciation post to my crew and every auction company out there. If the customers only knew!
