TD Protection Services LLC is owned and operated by Tom Davis who retired from the Maryland State Police after 26 years; served as Deputy Chief of Police and Chief of Police in Snow Hill, Maryland for four years; and two years working court security as a Wicomico County Deputy Sheriff for a total of 32 years as a sworn law enforcement officer. Tom had a diversified career as a Trooper including in Special Operations Division, Criminal Investigation Division, and Field Operations Bureau. He has received numerous awards for valor. Tom has worked with the U.S. Secret Service during Presidential Campaigns for various candidates. He has been involved in personal security protection for Dionne Warwick, Judy Collins, Martina McBride, The Oakridge Boys, Joe Diffie and others. Tom is uniquely qualified in the music business, as he is also a professional trumpet player - having started at the age of nine and restarted his professional music career as he neared his retirement with MSP. TD Protection Services LLC is licensed, insured and certified with additional ACT 235 certification in Pennsylvania. Agents have extensive training and experience with a variety of backgrounds.
