Meet Jaina, our executive Administrative Assistant here at TCF!

Born and raised in Lancaster but currently living in Bridgeport, Jaina joined the team as a helping hand when 812 N Prince opened. After spending time at the front desk, she fell in love with the atmosphere and community. This passion made her even more excited to take on her role, as she still gets to connect with many people daily, even from an hour away!

Jaina describes herself as a devoted caffeine lover and an even bigger cat mom. She also started playing the violin at age 4, beginning with classical music and eventually transitioning to fiddle music by age 14.

When asked about her favorite part of the TCF community, Jaina said, “That sense of belonging is what makes TCF so special, and it’s all thanks to the amazing community we’re lucky to have.”

Jaina has two favorite spots in Lancaster: Mean Cup, near TCF Hub 812, and Himalayan Curry and Grill.

Meet Brooke, our Jelly Bellies Facilitator of Fun! 🧡

Brooke’s love of working with kids and creating a fun, safe, and welcoming space makes her such a great fit for Jelly Bellies. Whether she’s planning themed crafts, reading with the kiddos, or simply sitting down to play, she loves helping little ones feel comfortable, learn, and grow while they’re here.

Brooke is also naturally curious and loves meeting new people, which is one of the things she enjoys most about being part of TCF.

“This is the kind of place where people get to express their work and connect with others on a level that you wouldn’t experience day to day anywhere else.”

Outside of work, Brooke loves being outdoors, exploring new things, and animals of all kinds. She has two pet snakes: Apollo, a corn snake, and Basil, a 9-foot boa constrictor. She even has a tattoo of Basil wrapped around her ankle. 🐍

Born and raised in Lancaster, Brooke also loves visiting The Lancaster Central Market, especially the flower stands.

Say hello to Davaun, our Studios Community Facilitator and another Lancaster local!

Davaun started working at 17 in a Vietnamese restaurant, where he developed a love for cooking. But at his core, Davaun is a dancer. Over the past 16 years, he’s explored a wide range of dance styles, met some incredible people, traveled across the country for paid gigs, and even took his first-ever flight because of dance.

He’s also passionate about photography. What started with street photography has grown into a love for capturing landscapes, nature, portraits, and architecture. You can check out some of his work in the -exchange channel on Slack!

Since joining TCF, Davaun says one of his favorite things has been the community and getting to meet so many interesting people every day. TCF has also helped him come out of his shell.

He shared that he used to worry about being “too much,” but has learned that showing up as yourself is often exactly what people connect with.
“You don’t have to be perfect with everything you do or say!”

And, of course, we had to ask for his Lancaster favorite. Davaun’s pick is ’s lunch special before 3 PM, especially the Thai Brown Curry paired with a Thai Tea. Solid choice. 😋
