In this video, Lancaster County firefighter Mike Wysowski explains why realistic, hands-on training is essential to preparing firefighters for the moments that matter most. Training side by side builds the communication, coordination, and trust that make all the difference when seconds count. Through countywide training and mutual aid, our firefighters are prepared to respond together whenever and wherever they're needed.
Thank you to every firefighter and instructor who continues to invest their time and dedication into becoming better prepared to protect the people of Lancaster County. Your commitment to training today helps keep our community safer tomorrow.
