👟 BEHIND THE BUY:

Ever wonder how your favorite shoes make it to our shelves?

There’s a LOT more to shoe buying than simply finding a cute pair! 👀

Our buying team recently headed to the Atlanta Shoe Market, where thousands of styles, countless decisions, plenty of number crunching, and maybe a few laughs, go into choosing what you’ll eventually see at RB Shap!

When you’re buying for 20+ stores across the country, there’s no one-size-fits-all approach. Our team considers everything from regional trends and climate to customer preferences, fit, comfort, construction, past sales, price points, inventory and more.

Then comes the fun part: finding those special styles that check ALL the boxes. ✨

Swipe through for a little peek behind the buy and see just how much thought goes into choosing the shoes that eventually land on YOUR feet.

And yes… sometimes the cute ones make the cut, too. 😉
