Founded in 2018 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, Eternal Frequency is a hard rock powerhouse driven by raw emotion, unapologetic honesty, and boundless innovation. Their sound is a reflection of the band’s constant evolution, influenced by both the highs and lows of life. With a deep commitment to staying true to their artistic vision, they craft music that resonates on a deeply personal level, channeling both their inner turmoil and triumphs into every note. At the forefront of their sound is Emelle, who brings a wealth of experience and passion to the band. Her commanding vocals and poignant lyrics are the heartbeat of the project. Raised in the world of local and professional musical theatre from the age of 5, Emelle possesses a unique gift for aligning her voice with the emotion of every word she sings. Her ability to express the unspoken struggles that so many face creates a connection with fans worldwide, offering a sense of solidarity to those who feel their pain cannot be expressed. “There may not be a magical cure for our pain,” Emelle says, “but knowing we aren’t in this alone makes it a lot more tolerable.” Her anthem-like choruses, infused with stadium rock energy, bring people together—night after night, song after song. Walters, lead guitarist and main composer/arranger for Eternal Frequency, brings over 25 years of experience in the music industry. Having played in various bands throughout his career, J.C. has honed his skills and developed a deep understanding of both the technical and creative sides of music. His extensive background allows him to craft powerful guitar riffs, intricate arrangements, and memorable melodies that are integral to the band’s sound. Working perfectly in tandem with Emelle, J.C.’s musical arrangements complement her vocal melodies and lyrics, creating a seamless blend of emotion and energy. Together, they form a dynamic duo, with Justin’s experience and musical vision playing a key role in shaping the band’s powerful and resonant sound. The music of Eternal Frequency is never confined to a single style or mood—it’s a reflection of what they’re feeling in the moment. If the heart is raging, the music hits hard and heavy. If the heart is burdened, the music serves as a comforting safety net. Each song is an honest, unfiltered expression of the band's inner world, created without the influence of outsiders. Every arrangement, lyric, and melody is crafted solely by the band because they believe that if the music doesn’t come directly from the heart, it won’t resonate with the listener the way it should. Eternal Frequency isn’t just a band; they’re a force, unafraid to push boundaries and take risks in order to connect, heal, and inspire. With every performance, every lyric, and every riff, they continue to prove that the power of music can transcend pain, bring people together, and create something that’s truly unforgettable. Eternal Frequency has quickly become a powerhouse in the rock scene, achieving impressive milestones both online and on stage. Their YouTube channel has amassed over 1.5 million views, a testament to their expanding fanbase and engaging content. The band has also earned numerous accolades, including multiple awards from the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame. Notable honors include:

Best New Artist

Best Hard Rock Band

Best Social Media Marketing

In addition to these wins, they've received multiple nominations across various categories since the award show’s inception in 2019. Eternal Frequency has also graced the stages of some of the most renowned music festivals, including:

Rocklahoma 2022, where they performed alongside Shinedown, Evanescence, Korn, and Sleep Token. Rocklahoma 2025, where they’ll share the stage with Five Finger Death Punch, Marilyn Manson, Alice Cooper, Breaking Benjamin and Three Days Grace. Rock The Mountains, where they played alongside Drowning Pool and Nonpoint. The band’s live performances have put them in the same league as a number of iconic acts, including John 5, Of Mice & Men, Darryl McDaniels of Run DMC, Ice Nine Kills, Motionless In White, The Hu, Lit, Quiet Riot, FUEL, Adelita’s Way, Infected Rain, For The Fallen Dreams, Vixen, and Smile Empty Soul. In 2020, Eternal Frequency had the honor of paying tribute to another native PA band, Halestorm, at the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame Awards, delivering a powerful rendition of "Familiar Taste of Poison" in celebration of the band’s induction. With their ever-growing recognition and extensive performance history, Eternal Frequency continues to establish themselves as one of the most exciting and dynamic acts in rock music today.

Happy Wednesday, Eternal Ones 🖤♾️

We're halfway through the week… and if you’re being honest, some of us are just trying to get through the day. And that's okay! That's real s**t.

So here’s the thing, just be kind. Not the performative kind. The quiet kind. The kind where you bite your tongue instead of snapping. The kind where you don’t assume the worst about someone. The kind where you remember people are carrying things they don’t talk about.

There’s so much anger out there right now. So much judgment. People tearing each other apart like it’s normal. It’s beyond exhausting. And the truth is… none of us are better than anyone else. Strip everything away, and we’re all just human. Same blood. Same need to feel seen, respected, and not alone.

So before you judge someone, take a beat. You don’t know their story. You don’t know what they’re fighting through just to show up.
Be softer. Be real. Be the person who doesn’t add to the weight someone else is already carrying emotionally, physically, and mentally. We don’t need more noise. We need more humanity. Look within your hearts, y'all and have a blessed day. Much love 🙏

This is an amazing addition to the lineup. We love paris jackson and honored to be playing the same festival as Michael Jackson's daughter. She kills it and incredibly talented in her own right. Can't wait for her set! Rocklahoma 20th Anniversary is just getting better and better! 🤘🖤♾️

"So become who you are meant to be.
Live as though this day were both your first breath and your last—
Because one day, quietly,

It will be."

- Emelle Elizabeth, Resonance of Me: Poems & Reflections

This day doesn’t owe you anything… so take control of it.

Own your choices. Attack your goals. Set the tone before the world sets it for you.
Make today work for you. Bend it. Shape it. Make it yours.
No waiting. No excuses.
Make the day your bitch, ! 🔥

Monday morning reminder: you don’t have to have everything figured out to take the next step.

It isn’t about being perfect, it’s about showing up, trying again, and giving yourself permission to grow. Small progress still counts. Quiet effort still matters. And even on the days you feel unsure, you’re moving forward more than you realize. Take a deep breath, set your intention, and focus on what you can do today. One step, one task, one positive choice at a time.

You’ve got more strength, resilience, and potential than you think. Let this day be a fresh start, not because everything is new, but because you are.

Go make something good out of today, 🙏🖤💯♾️

Our last Pennsylvania show (for a while) is coming up on September 25th at Blaze for the Brave in Gettysburg!!!

It’s a special one… because it supports an amazing cause for our first responders. And the best part? It’s completely FREE to come out. You heard that right, FREE AF 👏👏👏

If you’ve been meaning to catch a show, this is the one. We’d really love to see some familiar faces and spend the night with you all.
Come hang out, listen to some music, and support something bigger than all of us.

Today we celebrate a true force of light...our fearless leader, Emelle Elizabeth! 🎂🎉

There are some people who don’t just chase dreams, they build them, breathe life into them, and bring everyone around them along for the journey. Emelle is that person. One of the hardest working souls we know, with a heart that is deeply genuine, fiercely compassionate, and beautifully real. Everything she does comes from a place of truth and you can feel it.

A frontwoman. A singer. A songwriter. An actress. An author. A humanitarian. Each role just one more blade in the Swiss army knife that is Emelle Eternal. Versatile, powerful, and always ready to show up, give back, and make an impact. She inspires without trying, leads without ego, and creates with a kind of magic that can’t be taught.

Today, we celebrate not just everything she does but who she is. Happy Birthday, Emelle!! We love you endlessly.

Make sure to show her some bday love in the comments 👇🙏♾️💓

150 days until Rocklahoma 20th anniversary… but who’s counting? 🤔👀

Okay fine… we are. 😅

We’re already talking about it way too much, counting down the days, prepping NEW MUSIC, and getting that itch to be back out there where it’s loud, a little chaotic, and exactly where we belong.

Come onnnnnn Labor Day Weekend 👏👏👏
