📣 Calling all Trombonists 📣

Auditions for Trombone will be held on Monday, November 16, 2026 at Marine Barracks Washington, 8th and I Streets, SE in Washington, D.C. If not completed on Monday, auditions will continue on Tuesday, November 17. Applicants should therefore be available to perform on both days.

A completed Applicant Fact Sheet and résumé must be submitted by Wednesday, November 11.

DAV has announced a generous $200,000 donation from Ford Motor Company to help support free transportation to medical appointments for America’s ill and injured veterans.

The gift will fund the purchase of five new vehicles for the DAV Transportation Network, which operates a nationwide fleet through which volunteers provide disabled veterans with free transportation to and from U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs medical appointments.
