Jose's Cuban Sandwich and Deli - Lansing, has been tucked inside a gas station I’ve drove past a gazillion times!
Taco Bob's asked me to cover their taco eating contest at One Well Brewing, so naturally I treated it like the Super Bowl. Two-person teams, 15 tacos, first team done wins.
For the record, I once ate 32 tacos by myself. It just took me the whole evening and a nap. 🌮

Blueberry pico de gallo on street tacos. Shouldn't work — it does. One Well Brewing.
Bonus: my grandkids are 100% convinced my elote is lemonade.

Last time I ate at Chi-Chi's Restaurant, I didn't know it would be the last time. Fast forward 20 years and St. Louis Park brought it back — so I went and dove in. Wasn't ready for what the fried ice cream did to me at the end. I had to reshare my trip!

This kid had zero idea he’d grow up to be a two-time Facebook ‘Rising Creator.’ Still not totally sure what that means. Very proud of him anyway.
