The irony of an AI video to a hip hop/funk song about staying true to yourself is perfect. The reality of appearance can be make-believe, even if you only dwell in the non digital reality. "You can fake a lot of things, like nothing's wrong, just don't fake the funk." - P.O.P.E. Don King (PDK)
Simple lyrics can be complex. "Poppin n Lockin like Hip Hop when it was young. Got opps poppin like my U*i wiegh a ton", are lines that connect culture to lyric: 1) Pop n lock is a hip hop dance most popular in the 80's. I pop on the mic and lock in my spot with rhythem. 2.) Myu*i weigh a ton" is a shout out to PUBLIC ENEMY, hip hop pioneers, connecting the first lines shine on "hip hop when it was young." 3) It also borrows the same u*i metaphor: my style and substance is heavier than you think. I got "opps poppin" because even my opposition jam to my music. That's why the next line "popular or not, they can get hit with every one of these" is perfect. I don't bow to anybody and have something for any opposition, popular or not. The words "POP" and "LOCK" are flipped in the whole song to play on the song title.
Rap is something I can always do. I was Mint Tequila beat. Call me Tito Mojito.
