This week may feature some of the largest bird migration numbers of the season yet! Tomorrow (Tuesday) night, an whopping 15.2+ million birds are forecast to be headed south for the winter. Additional numbers will be posted if needed for following nights.

Hidden inside a Jerusalem burial cave, archaeologists discovered two tiny silver scrolls carrying the oldest surviving biblical text ever found. Inscribed around 2,600 years ago, they preserve words still spoken today: “The LORD bless you and keep you.” These fragile treasures predate the Dead Sea Scrolls by roughly 400 years, revealing that the same words we read in the Bible today were already being written down centuries before Jesus was born.
