Two local Chefs, Karrie Brewer and Brian Kho; working to bring families locally sourced, mostly organic, and healthy meals that are balanced and taste great! Our goal is to eventually only utilize our local Michigan farms, that have organic meats/eggs/cheeses/produce! Whether you're trying to eat cleaner, more locally and plant based or you are just looking for a little more variety! If you are finding yourself with very little time to make a home cooked meal, or have a big party to host- New Root catering is here to fill in!
