✨ Thank You for Joining Us at the Faith Filled Yoga & Wellness Day Retreat ✨

What a truly beautiful day we shared together at Belle Lavande Lavender Farm. With blue skies overhead, a glorious breeze, and the peaceful sounds of nature surrounding us, it was the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect, and be renewed.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this day so special💕

We are incredibly grateful to Sherry McWilliam Root and Flourish - Holy Yoga Brighton, who grounded our morning with Christ-centered yoga, reminding us to be still and rooted in God’s presence. Thank you to Joy Wagner, whose touching and heartfelt story inspired us to remain deeply rooted in faith through every season of life. And thank you to Kathleen Freydl of The RootCause Wellness, who shared how God has provided everything we need to nourish our bodies through natural, organic, real foods.

Together, we embraced our retreat theme of being Rooted—rooted in Christ, rooted in community, and rooted in wellness.

We left feeling renewed, restored, rejuvenated, and grateful for the many blessings of the day.
