I honestly don’t have the words.
Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new ones, watching families shop local, and seeing everyone support one another. That’s what this weekend was really about.

Sol has never been just about serving specialty coffee and matcha.
It’s about creating a place where people feel welcome. A place where conversations happen, friendships grow, and our community comes together.
Because at the end of the day, community is what makes a city feel alive. ☀️💛

Every time you choose to support a local business, you’re helping someone’s dream, supporting their family, and keeping that love right here in Laredo. ☀️That’s something I’ll never take for granted.

Last year’s Strawberry Mini Fest helped us raise funds for our specialty matcha & coffee trailer. Thanks to you, that dream is now real. ☀️

And the best part? We’re just getting started.
Pretty soon, Sol won’t just be a pop-up you’ll catch at markets. It’ll be part of your morning coffee run, your afternoon matcha craving, and hopefully one of your favorite stops in Laredo. 🫶☀️
