79 YEARS OF THE U.S. AIR FORCE
The 12th Flying Training Wing took to the skies with a four-ship formation on September 18, 2026, celebrating 79 years of the United States Air Force at Randolph Air Force Force Base in San Antonio, Texas.
A special formation honoring nearly eight decades of airpower, service, and dedication.
My BVM F-15!
After spending a few years sitting inside a box, I finally brought my BVM F-15 1/8 scale to life! This beast is equipped with a Spektrum 20-channel receiver, Demon Cortex Pro gyro, and powered by a KingTech K160 turbine producing an impressive 35 pounds of thrust. After three flights at the Greater Southwest Jet Rally in Waco, Texas, this F-15 proved it can hang with the heavy hitters and giant-scale R/C jets! Flying in a Japan Air Self-Defense Force-inspired scheme, this F-15 was definitely worth the years of waiting.
