🐾 September is Pet Hunger Awareness Month! 💙

We’re proud to partner with Pets Alive Laredo to help make sure the beloved pets of our Meals on Wheels seniors have the food and care they need. 🐶🐱❤️

From September 18–30, you can help by donating dog or cat food at any of the drop-off locations listed on the flyer.

Every donation, big or small, helps keep bowls full and tails wagging! 🐾💙

Because no pet should go hungry.

Mondays aren't just good.....they are GREAT! Here's one to tug at your heartstrings like it did ours.

❤️ More Than a Meal

Sometimes, making a difference means simply taking the time to notice.

During a meal delivery, our driver Paty noticed that Mr. M. Gayton, one of our 73-year-old blind clients, was without electricity. She didn’t just drop off his meal she stopped, she cared, and she spoke up.

Because of her concern, Mr. Gayton was taken care of by one of our caseworkers and went through the Light Assistance application process and qualified for assistance, helping restore electricity to his home. Our caseworker is also helping him access additional resources.

That’s what Webb County CAA Meals on Wheels is all about. ❤️

WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE, BUT THE MAIN CAA OFFICE ALONG WITH THE SELF HELP CENTER WILL BE CLOSED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE DAY DUE TO CITY WATER ISSUES.

REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS WILL CONTINUE ON MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2026.

HAVE A GREAT WEEKEND.
