October is National Bullying Prevention Month, and it’s an important opportunity to start meaningful conversations with students.

Bullying doesn’t always happen in a hallway anymore. It can follow students home through group chats, social media, gaming, texts, and screenshots.

More2Life offers FREE presentations for schools and student groups designed to equip young people with tools to navigate healthy relationships, social media, peer pressure, boundaries, and the choices they face every day.

Want to bring More2Life to your students? Contact us to learn more about our available presentations or schedule a program for your school or student group at M2L.org.

During our Drug & Alcohol presentations, Jason dives into real conversations about ma*****na, va**ng, alcohol, and more, helping students understand the impact these choices can have on their lives.

The challenge is simple but important: Your choices today can affect your future.

By giving students the facts and encouraging them to think ahead, we’re helping equip them to make healthy, informed decisions for the future they want.

Not every conversation with your teen needs to be a big one.

Ask about the song they keep playing. Learn the names of their friends. Ask what made them laugh today. Listen to their opinions without immediately trying to correct them.

Those everyday conversations might seem small, but they’re building something important: trust.

When young people know they can talk to you about the little things, it can make it easier to come to you when the big things happen.

Start the conversation before you need it.

Shame is a terrible way to teach teens about relationships. Grace works better.

In our newest episode of the More2Life Baffled Podcast, we’re talking about what it looks like to lead teens with truth and love.

Teens don’t need watered-down truth. They need honesty, grace, and guidance that points them toward redemption and purpose.

The goal isn’t simply telling them what not to do. It’s helping them build healthy boundaries, strong friendships, and a healthy vision for their future.

And it starts at home. What teens see in our marriages, friendships, choices, and words can speak louder than any lecture.

Maybe the biggest shift is this: Stop leading with what not to do. Start leading with who they can become.

What’s one boundary you wish more parents took seriously?

A NEW episode of the More2Life Baffled Podcast is out TODAY! Listen to the full conversation on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or YouTube.

Home used to offer an escape from bullying. Today, social media can allow it to follow young people wherever they go.

Bullying is no longer limited to the school day. Messages, comments, group chats, and social platforms can make it difficult for young people to truly disconnect. And while blocking and reporting are important tools, the responsibility for creating safer digital environments should not fall entirely on the person being targeted.

Parents, educators, and youth leaders can help by creating space for honest conversations, recognizing warning signs, setting healthy boundaries, and reminding young people they have someone in their corner.

What boundaries or strategies have worked for your family online? Share your tips below.

September is Su***de Prevention Month, and this month, More2Life is honored to stand alongside The McKenna Way to bring greater awareness to an issue that deeply impacts young people and families.

At More2Life, we believe prevention starts with honest conversations.
Through our programs, we have the opportunity to meet students where they are and talk about the real challenges they face, including social media, cyberbullying, relationships, mental and emotional health, and the pressures that can feel overwhelming during the teenage years.

The McKenna Way was created in memory of McKenna Brown, whose family has turned unimaginable loss into a mission to raise awareness about cyberbullying, promote kindness, protect young people online, and remind others that no one should have to face life's difficulties alone.

This month, we're joining together to remind students, parents, educators, and our community that words matter. Kindness matters. Speaking up matters. And asking for help matters.

If you or someone you know is struggling with emotional distress or thoughts of su***de, help is available. Call or text 988 to connect with the 988 Su***de & Crisis Lifeline. Support is available 24/7.

Sometimes one conversation can change the direction of a life.

Rachael was struggling with self-harm and isolation when a More2Life presentation challenged her to begin thinking differently about her future and what she wanted out of life.

Today, Rachael’s story is one of hope, growth, and using her experience to encourage others.

“The More2Life presentation really made me start to think about what I wanted to get out of life.”

This is why More2Life exists. To meet young people where they are, start meaningful conversations, and help them recognize the value of their lives and the choices they make.

Around 2012, front-facing cameras, smartphones, social media, and greater access to mobile data became increasingly common. During this same period, researchers began documenting significant declines in adolescent mental health, particularly among teen girls.

While researchers continue to study the relationship between smartphones, social media, and youth mental health, the conversation around how technology affects developing minds is more important than ever.

At what age do you think kids should get their first smartphone? Share your thoughts below.

Send this reel to a parent, educator, or mentor navigating smartphones and screen time with the young people in their lives.
