There is no hoop class tonight. The wind is 12 mph w 18 mph gusts. Not fun hooping conditions... Will hope for better weather next week. And be adding an LED hooping session at the end of class
Each Thursday 6:15 don't miss out... Sunset hoop classes have to end October 22nd. If you're coming out to try it, do it! $10 hour class ... Watch the gorgeous sunset and have some healthy fun. 18th Ave Park (across from Guppy's Restaurant Indian Rocks Beach.

Sunset hoop class at 6:30 this week on Thursday at the usual spot 18th avenue park ... Indian Rocks Beach just across the street from guppy's restaurant. Park behind guppy's restaurant at the church for a donation or park in the parking lot at the beach. Hoops provided. class is $10

The storms stayed away tonight
Hoop Class Thursday night 7pm Indian Rocks Beach 18th Ave Park just across the street from Guppy's Restaurant! $10 for an hour of laid back fun vibes and nice people. Hoop for class included...just RSVP or message me to bring you a hoop. The class is dependent on good weather so if it looks nasty out there just check my page if class should be cancelled. This is beginner friendly all ages
