Last Friday, Florida Celtic had the opportunity to play a friendly against Tampa Bay Rowdies 2 at Waters Sportsplex, home to the Rowdies’ training and team operations.

We’re grateful to the Tampa Bay Rowdies, Coach Russell Stirling, and the entire staff for hosting us and creating a great opportunity for our players and coaches.

At Florida Celtic, we’re proud to build and continue developing relationships across the region that create meaningful opportunities for our youth players, alumni, and coaches.

Thank you to the Rowdies for a great evening and we look forward to continuing the relationship. ☘️

☘️USMNT Player Auston Trusty Welcomes Florida Celtic as Celtic FC International Academy Partner☘️
______________________________________________

This partnership represents so much more than a name or a logo. It creates a connection between Florida Celtic and the global Celtic football family, bringing new opportunities for player development, coaching education, shared knowledge, and international experiences.

For our players, this means being part of something bigger than their local team. It gives our young athletes the opportunity to learn from different football environments, experience new perspectives on the game, and see where their passion and hard work can take them.
For our coaches, it opens the door to continued education, collaboration, and the sharing of ideas with a club whose football tradition reaches far beyond the United States.

And for our entire Florida Celtic community, it is a reflection of what we are building here — a club committed to developing players, empowering young people, and creating pathways that extend beyond our own fields.
