I've been thinking a lot about purpose and how so many people struggle to find theirs. Is it because they expect it to look like someone else's? GO HARD and hear me out...your purpose may be deeper than you think!

Side note: After I recorded this, I saw a post from the great Mel Robbins. Here's what she said.

"Passion isn't something that you find, it's something that you feel...
So ask yourself:
What gives me energy?
What do I actually enjoy doing?
When do I feel most alive?"

And I'll add...don't limit yourself to just one thing. You may be the multifaceted unicorn the world needs right now. Now PUSH! .

Is it someday yet?

Far too many professionals (60+) struggle because they put off vital parts of a productive job search. You can go hard and do what needs to be done so that your age stops being a relevant factor.

No. This word is a complete sentence, but the sentiment has never sat right with me, and now I understand why. I learned the lesson while I was teaching others about resumes.

On this Tuesday, as you go hard, develop your own language for saying no. Here are my thoughts. Go HARD!

Are you really afraid of what it takes? Or is it time to control what you can control? It’s Tuesday and it’s time to go hard and stop being afraid to win!
