Sometimes we need to be reminded of a truth that’s easy to lose sight of: you are deeply loved. 💗
God’s love for you isn’t based on how much you accomplish, how well you hold everything together, or whether you feel like you have it all figured out. His love meets you right where you are, with grace, compassion, and mercy.

When anxiety shows up, our first instinct is often to fight it, fix it, or make it disappear. But sometimes a more helpful response is to slow down and notice what’s happening.
Pause. Name what you’re feeling. Bring yourself back to the present. And most importantly, respond to yourself with the same compassion you would offer someone you care about.
Anxiety may be loud, but it doesn’t have to make every decision for you.
