Resting is not quitting. We win the long game when we learn to rest. Show up ready and show up consistently. Running on empty leads to burn out. Get After It.
Learning to show up sharp over time takes consistent sharpening. If we don’t learn to refill, refuel, and reset we will constantly show up empty. Don’t show up empty! Let me know what YOU do to take care of yourself!
