Day 4 — Thankful to the Holy Spirit

Take time today to thank God for the gift of the Holy Spirit.

He is our Comforter, Counselor, Guide, Teacher, Helper, and Intercessor.

When we are weak, He helps us. When we do not know what to pray, He intercedes for us.

Ask the Holy Spirit to lead you today. Be attentive to His work in your life and allow Him to teach and guide you.

Day 3 — Gratefulness for the Good News

Today, let us give thanks for the Good News of Jesus.

Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. He is the Resurrection and the Life. He is the Door we enter through, our Replacement, and our Good Shepherd.

Take time to remember what Jesus has done for you. May the truth of the Gospel bring us again to a place of gratitude, worship, and awe.

Day 2 — Our Father in Heaven Is…

Today, take time to consider who our Father in heaven is.

He is the Living God.
He is our Peace.
He is Almighty God.
He is our Redeemer.
He is full of Grace.

Allow these truth claims to lift your eyes and bring you to a place of awe and wonder. We cannot fit our God into a box made by human hands. He is greater than we can comprehend.

Day 1 — Praise & Thanksgiving

As we begin these 40 Days of Prayer, let us begin with praise and thanksgiving.

Take time today to remember the goodness and faithfulness of God. What has He done in your life? Where have you seen His hand at work?

Let your thanksgiving become an offering of worship before the Lord.

🎤✨ River Center’s Got Talent is BACK!

Originally scheduled for May, River Center’s Got Talent has been rescheduled for Family Camp! Join us Sunday, September 27 at 7 PM at Camp Tadmor for a night of fun, laughter, and some seriously impressive talent.

And here’s the important part: all kinds of talent are welcome and encouraged! You don’t have to be a professional singer or musician. Maybe you can juggle, tell jokes, do impressions, dance, perform a skit, play an instrument, recite something, or have a completely unexpected talent we’ve never seen before. 😂
