A GriefShare grief support group for people grieving the death of a loved one is starting soon. Please join us starting September 9th at 6:30 pm.

At GriefShare you’ll watch a weekly video with counsel and insights from respected grief experts and relatable personal stories—followed by a time of sharing and support. Session topics include what's normal in grief; how to handle difficult emotions; and what to do with regrets, questions, and worries.

For Move Up Sunday LFA Kids & Youth hosted a lunch for kids going into Youth. We start off with lunch then incoming youth and their parents go up to the youth room so they can see where they will now be and ask any questions they may have. The younger siblings stay behind for fun and games with their friends and LFA Kids team.

This year's roofing project is now complete, and more progress was made on our Sanctuary Renewal Project. Thank you everyone who helped us the last two days.

LFA Kids are back from Kids Camp. They ended their time at camp with one last chapel session. Then one of our LFA Kids made it her mission to make sure that our GenNow Director learned the Fruit of the Spirit Camp song before she left.

Right now at LFA, we have people working today on an LFA Roofing Project and Sanctuary Renewal.

Kids Camp Day 4

It was the last full day of camp. Our LFA Kids found one of the special ducks for a camp competition while enjoying the many camp activities of the day. Tonight during Chapel time they learned about saying yes to what God has for them!

Kids Camp Day 3

This week has just flown by. LFA Kids enjoyed going to Kids University Sessions and then fun activities in the afternoon before chapel time.

Tomorrow will be the last full day. Before they come back home.

Kids Camp Day 2

Today rotations and fun activities started at camp. During Chapel tonight kids prayed over a missionary. It was a wonderful time of prayer hearing the kids praying.
