Empowering couples to build a foundation for a heathy, strong Christ-centered marriage. šŸ’“šŸ’ŖšŸ¾āœļø

Moments Before Matrimony THE GROUP COURSE is BACK!

For the last four years, I have had the privilege of educating and walking alongside couples as they prepare for one of the most important covenants they will ever enter.

I believe there is a need for Kingdom couples who are intentional about building marriages that honor God, serve one another, and create a healthy foundation for the family that comes after them.

That is why I created Moments Before Matrimony.

Marriage will ask you questions that your wedding day never will.

How will you communicate when you're frustrated?
How will you handle money?
What boundaries will you have with family?
How will you navigate conflict?
What does intimacy look like in your marriage?
How will your faith shape your home?
What does it actually mean to become one?

These are the conversations I want couples to have before they say, ā€œI do.ā€

Moments Before Matrimony is a 7-week Christ-centered premarital education experience designed to help couples build a stronger foundation for the marriage they're preparing to enter.

šŸ“… October 26 – December 14, 2026

And if you know a couple who is preparing for marriage, send this to them. ā¤ļø

I'm excited about what God is going to do through this next cohort.

We're not just preparing for a wedding...
We're preparing for a lifetime.

Many dating issues don’t come from lack of love—they come from lack of early clarity.

As a Christian marriage and family educator and founder of 3Strands, I’ve found that couples often wait too long to discuss key areas like spiritual maturity, purpose, family dynamics, and long-term expectations.

That’s why I created a free resource: Godly Dating 101: Questions to Ask While Dating.

Comment ā€œGuideā€ or message me and I’ll send it to you.

Living in the past can be a subconsciously comfortable place that hinders and cripples us.

However, God is a restorer and wants to restore us physically and mentally. He wants to bless you beyond what you could have ever imagined. Don’t forfeit peace dwelling in past hurt and trauma.

These days people are just saying that they’re ā€œsavedā€ just to check off a box. Many times their desire is to appear more believable or to impress, especially when you have already mentioned or explained to them your position with God. However, saying that you’re saved doesn’t guarantee spiritual maturity.

It’s important to dig a little deeper to ensure spiritual alignment.

If they are truly saved they would be living as a disciple of Christ and striving in the Word, prayer, having Godly community, and having a relationship with the Holy Spirit.

These are the foundations of their actions, mindsets, and even decision making.

Dig deeper. It’s not enough just to SAY that you are saved!

Just doing what I am called to do!

Kingdom Marriages are on the rise. God’s design for marriage is not and has not ever been for it just to be a ā€œpiece of paperā€ and when society devalues it as such, it takes away from the sacredness and importance of marriage:
1. A reflection of Christ’s love for the church
2. As a medium for true companionship
3. A vehicle of purpose
4. Security for generational impact and legacy.

This is why I am here.

šŸ‘©šŸ¾ā€šŸ«To teach - expose individuals and couples to concepts that they may not have been otherwise exposed to.

šŸŽÆTo coach- to guide, direct and, provide preventative guidance to couples so they don’t fall into foreseeable and avoidable traps.

šŸ—£ļøTo counsel - to assist in unearthing the root causes of issues that could be detrimental to their personal and marital success.

I get it…

Getting engaged is EXCITING! As soon as you get engaged, the first thing people ask is, ā€œWhen are y’all getting married? What’s the date?ā€ This pressure can cause us to get consumed with the wedding planning process and not actually prepare for marriage.

Communication issues are not solved by a wedding. Neither are trust issues or purpose misalignment.

My suggestion is for you to get some premarital guidance—whether it be counseling, therapy, mentorship, or a combination of all three.
Don’t be afraid to postpone the planning or the wedding until you feel comfortable and your nonnegotiables have been resolved.

You can get a recover costs on vendors you book for the wedding, but you can never get a recover the cost of marrying the wrong person or at the wrong time.
