Today, we celebrate one year of partnership between Stable Recovery and Spy Coast Farm through our Women’s Program. What started as a shared belief in creating opportunities has grown into a meaningful collaboration that has transformed the lives of the women we serve.

Over the past year, Spy Coast Farm has welcomed our women, taught them, and given them the chance to discover new skills, build confidence, and envision their future. This partnership is about more than working with horses, it’s about believing in these women, offering growth, and fostering pride and purpose.

To everyone at Spy Coast Farm who has dedicated their time and heart over the past year, thank you. We are grateful for your support and belief in our mission.

One year down, and we look forward to where this partnership will take us next. Here’s to the women who have walked through these doors, the supporters along the way, and all that’s to come. 💜

Another successful day at the Keeneland Sales, this time with the women of Stable Recovery!

The ladies arrived early, ready to get to work and experience another incredible day in the horse industry. From learning the ins and outs of the sales to working alongside some of the best in the business, opportunities like this are an important part of the Stable Recovery experience.

Our women continue to show up, work hard, learn new skills, and prove what is possible in recovery. We are incredibly proud of them and grateful to everyone who continues to open doors and create opportunities for our residents.

What an incredible weekend in Pennsylvania!

Frank Taylor and Donard Dwyer joined Parx Racing for Derby Day and the inaugural Stable Recovery Stakes, a huge moment for our organization and our mission.

A heartfelt thank you to the Pennsylvania Thoroughbred Horsemen’s Association for their incredible support and for donating all nomination fees from the Stable Recovery Stakes back to Stable Recovery. Your partnership helps us create opportunities, build community, and help men find a new path forward through recovery and the horse industry.

It was a joy to reconnect with old friends, make new ones, and see the Stable Recovery name on such a big stage.

We’re grateful, inspired, and excited for what’s ahead!

Our Stable Recovery residents and legacies have been hard at work alongside the Taylor Made Sales team, helping behind the scenes during one of the busiest times of the year in the Thoroughbred industry. Opportunities like this give our residents the chance to gain hands-on experience, build valuable skills, and work alongside some of the best in the industry, all while continuing to build confidence, responsibility, and a strong foundation for their futures. We’re incredibly grateful to Taylor Made for continuing to welcome our residents and provide meaningful opportunities to learn, work, and grow. We’re proud to see our guys showing up and putting in the work at Keeneland!

A big congratulations to Nicholas B. on graduating from the Taylor Made School of Horsemanship! Nicholas has officially completed this part of his journey after several weeks of hands-on learning and developing the skills that will help prepare him for a career in the Thoroughbred industry. Now it’s on to the sales! Nicholas will continue gaining valuable experience throughout the sales as he gets ready for his next employment opportunity. Congratulations, Nicholas! We’re proud of the work you’ve put in and excited for what’s ahead.

The hard work is paying off for Jameyel H! Jameyel recently completed the Taylor Made School of Horsemanship, gaining valuable experience and building a strong foundation for his next steps in the Thoroughbred industry. Before heading into his next employment opportunity, Jameyel will be working the sales and getting even more experience during one of the busiest times of the year. We’re proud to celebrate this accomplishment with Jameyel and look forward to following along as he takes on his next opportunity. Way to go, Jameyel!

Another milestone reached! Jared R. has officially graduated from the Taylor Made School of Horsemanship after weeks of hands-on learning and experience in the Thoroughbred industry. Jared’s next step takes him to the sales, where he’ll have the opportunity to continue learning, working, and preparing for his future employment. We’re excited to watch Jared take everything he’s learned at the School of Horsemanship and carry it with him into what comes next. Congratulations, Jared!

One last Saturday cookout before sales season gets underway!

The Stable Recovery crew spent the weekend at Wicked enjoying some good food and time together before things get busy with the start of the Keeneland September Yearling Sale.

With many of our guys getting ready to put in some long days throughout the sales, it was the perfect chance to enjoy a slower Saturday before the action begins.

Today, we pause to remember the lives lost on September 11, 2001, and honor the courage of the first responders, service members, and everyday Americans who stepped forward in the face of unimaginable tragedy. We remember the families whose lives were forever changed, the heroes who made the ultimate sacrifice, and the strength and unity shown in the days that followed. May we never forget those we lost and always carry their memory forward. September 11, 2001. Never Forget.
