Getting everyone in the same place doesn’t happen every day.

We welcomed our Technologies teams from across Amteck to Lexington this week for our annual Technologies Summit, starting things off with a fishing tradition the team looks forward to every year.

From there, the team spent the week building relationships, working through processes and sitting down together to talk through the rest of 2026 and what’s ahead in the new year.

We’re grateful for the time together and the opportunity to bring our Technologies team into one place to focus on the work ahead.

Up in the air, but the work is moving forward.

Our crews are putting the lifts to work on this major industrial manufacturing project, installing homerun conduit for fire alarm systems, pulling wire, hanging wire basket tray and running ground wire.

It’s great to see the work moving forward and the project taking shape.

This is the kind of work you don’t always see, but you depend on every day.

Our Technologies team is on site at a major automotive manufacturing facility, pulling fiber from inside the existing facility to a new building on the exterior.

The crew is building the connection between the two buildings, giving the facility a high-speed, interference-free network backbone that supports the systems running throughout the site.

From getting the pathway ready to pulling and terminating the fiber, it takes planning, coordination and attention to detail to get the job done right.

Good work happens long before you ever see the finished connection.

Meet Ryan Mattingly, our newest Recruiter in our Lexington office!

Ryan brings nearly three years of recruiting experience, including experience in the construction industry. He’s built his career around strong communication and attention to detail, helping connect the right people with the right opportunities.

What drew Ryan to Amteck was the sense of community and team-oriented culture. He’s looking forward to working alongside a team focused on the same goal and helping Amteck continue to grow.

We’re heading to Atlanta for SAC 2026.

Next week, Amteck will be at the Southern Automotive Conference (SAC) in Atlanta, connecting with leaders across one of the fastest-growing automotive manufacturing regions in the country.

With major OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers, manufacturers and service providers continuing to expand throughout the Southeast, the automotive industry is creating new opportunities for the teams supporting these facilities.

This year’s theme is “Connected,” focused on the transformation, innovation and technology shaping the future of automotive manufacturing.
We’ll be exhibiting at the conference and would love to connect with industry leaders, partners and others attending SAC 2026.
