Colleges and universities are notorious for curtailing student rights, our laws having to catch up to protect students from what is the modern university. Free Speech Zones/Areas, overreaching harassment policies, searching dorms and houses without warrants, and limiting time/place/day of expression, or violating minimum due process rights are many of the grievances that trample student rights.
