June recorded 1,495 homes sold, a 10% increase compared to last year and the highest June sales total in four years. Sales also increased 3% from May, marking seven consecutive months of year-over-year growth.

Home prices reached a milestone in June. 🏡📈

For the first time on record, the median home price in the Bluegrass region reached **$300,000**, representing a 1% increase from last year.

The steady growth reflects a market that is beginning to stabilize after several years of rapid price appreciation. Year-to-date, median prices are up 3% compared to 2025.
