Integrative Medicine Helps Patient One Day at a Time Bluegrass Care Navigators can help shoulder the burden of dealing with extreme health challenges and end of life situations. We ease pain and relieve stress. We stand beside you and your loved ones with sincerity, respect and a sure hand to guide you through difficult times.

Bluegrass Care Navigators is looking for hands-on volunteers to support patients and families at the Greg & Noreen Wells Bluegrass Hospice Care Center in Hazard.

Volunteers can make a meaningful impact by organizing and maintaining donation and family rooms, assisting staff with laundry and meals, and lending a hand with other special projects as needed.

Our PACE participants hit the road today for a field trip to the Kentucky Historical Society museum to learn all about Kentucky history. This was our very first Bluegrass PACE Care field trip ever and we have a feeling that it won't be our last! 🚌📖

Jen promised her parents she would be there for them. But as their needs grew, so did the weight she carried.
