Bill Ransdell - Real Estate Agent

With 20+ years as a business owner and real estate investor, I am an exceptional listener and problem solver bringing a unique perspective to the Lexington real estate market. Sellers receive an in-depth analysis of market trends and up-to-date pricing for the marketplace to ensure that their home sells quickly for the most money possible. Buyers receive attention to their wants and needs plus personal buyer consultations that eliminate time wasting searches. My love of real estate comes from my father who, along with my uncle, who operated a real estate office in Elizabethtown, KY in the 1970's. By 1982, I was in Lexington and went on to play football at the University of Kentucky where I was the starting quarterback. I graduated from UK with a business degree and earned my real estate license in 1988. I love enjoying life with my wife, Deidre, and our five children. In my free time, I play golf, like to travel, and love being an outdoorsman who enjoys hunting, fishing and hiking. I am a member of Immanuel Baptist Church where I also serve as a deacon. I currently participate on the KAHCF Personal Care Committee and I'm the past president and a current board member of the K Association at the University of Kentucky. When it comes to helping my clients, my approach is simple:
Do it RIGHT.....We will do it the RIGHT way, paying attention to detail! Do your BEST....I will put all of my efforts into you and your real estate needs! And WIN.......By doing things the RIGHT way and giving 100%, we will WIN the property of your dreams. Cartus Relocation Certified
