Our focus right now is advocating for a portion of that tax revenue to go back into the industry: funding market growth, product safety, and harm reduction. Taxation also signals something important — it means regulators intend to keep this market around. 🌱

Good news this week 🌱
The h**p ban has officially been pushed back another month — from November 12 to December 11, 2026.
This gives our industry, advocates, and lawmakers more runway to push for real regulation instead of a blanket ban.
It’s not a permanent fix, but it’s a win — more time means more chances to get this right. We’ll keep you posted.🙏
