Group fitness is the best because it gives us life long skills!!
Sometimes I am absolutely wowed by our beginners. I will always meet you where you are though so if you're a pro bam challenge accepted. If you never rode a stationary bike or picked up a weight bet lets start with the basics. All I really care about is you growing in your confidence and fitness.

You know what my dream is?
Not only to fill the room but
To fill the room full of people who are starting to believe and love themselves a bit more every time they walk it.
Happy fall yall!! We are so back with fall baking with a spiced apple cake with a caramel glaze 🥰🥰 I used the recipe from Sally McKenney and would rate this one 10/10!

I hope you take the time to see how far you've come and how the work you're putting in today will help you as you age.
I hope that you've made moving joyful, not a punishment. That's the only way it stays a long-term habit.
And lastly, I hope you never lose the whimsy to celebrate yourself. Every win, small or big is worth taking in.
